iSOCO offers this website for information and not for the purpose of gathering data. Nonetheless, iSOCO collects information in two ways:
(i) Directly in the "Job Vacancies" section: If you provide your personal data in the framework identified as “Job Vacancies”. The data collection allows us to contact the User and send our job vacancies, if there are any. Sending your personal information using the "On-Line Application Form" on our website, means you agree and accept without any doubt that your personal data can be incorporated into the iSOCO database in case we need to contact you during a personnel selection process now or in the future.
In compliance with the organic law 15/1999, of December 13th, about Personal Data Protection, iSOCO informs you that you have the right to access, modify, rectify or cancel any personal data stored in our databases by sending a letter to Intelligent Software Components, S.A., Edificio Testa, Alcalde Barnils, 64-60, 08190 Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, or an e-mail to isoco@isoco.com.
iSOCO will not be responsible for the veracity, completeness, update, and accuracy of the information contained in the “Job Vacancies” section. Also iSOCO makes very clear that neither the job vacancies and job offers of iSOCO´s web site, nor the User access to them, will represent any commitment or work relation, be it pre-contractual or contractual, between the User and iSOCO.
(ii) Directly in the "Mailing List" section. If you subscribe on-line for iSOCO´s "Newsletter", you agree and accept without any doubt that your personal data can be incorporated into the iSOCO file database to receive the above mentioned "Newsletter" and any other additional information about iSOCO services, as well as the other companies in the iSOCO group.
